A charity is eligible for nomination if it meets the following criteria:

• Based in, or serves the local population of, one of the Cape Ann communities: Gloucester, Rockport, Essex or Manchester,
• A registered 501(c)(3) with a valid IRS Letter of Determination, and
• At least 2 years have elapsed since the non-profit has received a $10,000+ grant (if any) from 100 Who Care Cape Ann.
